By making a booking on this website, you fully accept the terms described herein. If you do not agree, please do not complete the booking.
2. Capacity to Contract
Only individuals over the age of 18 with the legal capacity to do so may book our services.
3. Service Description
We offer temporary accommodation in private rooms or furnished apartments in Malta, for stays ranging from one day to several months, subject to availability.
4. Booking Process
Bookings are made through the booking engine on our website. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
5. Prices and Payments
- Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are made by debit/credit card via secure platforms.
- The booking is confirmed only once the payment has been validated.
- We do not store sensitive banking information.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Each booking will include its own cancellation policy, visible during the booking process. Please review it before confirming your booking.
7. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. (flexible subject to availability)
- Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.
8. House Rules
- 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- 🎉 Parties and events are not permitted.
- 🐾 Pets are not allowed.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
9. Complaints
For any complaint or claim, you can write to us at bookings@sleepinmalta.co. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. In case of dispute, both parties will submit to the courts of the consumer's country of residence.
