The building is right next to the Kullegg bus stop, one of the main ones on the island, connecting you to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s, and other key areas. Just 5 minutes on foot you’ll find a Lidl, perfect for grocery shopping without overspending.

Very close by you’ll also find the rocky beach of Ta' Xbiex, a quiet spot perfect for unwinding at the end of the day, with beautiful views of Valletta, especially at sunset. While its waters aren’t as crystal clear as in other parts of Malta, it’s a charming local corner full of character.

When it comes to food, the area won’t disappoint: restaurants like Mamma Mia, Shackina, or Avotaco are just minutes away, offering everything from Mediterranean dishes to Tex-Mex and Lebanese options.
