Getting around

The accommodation is located right next to the Kullegg bus stop, one of the most important in Malta, with direct connections to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s, and other key areas of the island.

If you’re studying at the University of Malta or at nearby language schools, you can easily walk there.

For those driving, Msida offers a very central location just minutes from Malta’s only highway, making it easy to reach any part of the island. Parking is generally not difficult to find, and in summer it’s often even easier.

Neighborhood

🏙️ About the Neighborhood: Msida

Msida is one of the most convenient areas to stay in Malta, especially if you’re looking for a great location, affordable prices, and everything you need just a short walk away.

The building is right next to the Kullegg bus stop, one of the main ones on the island, connecting you to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s, and other key areas. Just 5 minutes on foot you’ll find a Lidl, perfect for grocery shopping without overspending.

Very close by you’ll also find the rocky beach of Ta' Xbiex, a quiet spot perfect for unwinding at the end of the day, with beautiful views of Valletta, especially at sunset. While its waters aren’t as crystal clear as in other parts of Malta, it’s a charming local corner full of character.

When it comes to food, the area won’t disappoint: restaurants like Mamma Mia, Shackina, or Avotaco are just minutes away, offering everything from Mediterranean dishes to Tex-Mex and Lebanese options. And if you’re in the mood for a drink at night, the Ta’ Xbiex seafront has bars and cafés with a pleasant atmosphere right by the water, such as Busy Bee, famous for its ice creams and pastries.

Msida has it all: transport, food, views, and a local vibe that makes you feel at home.
